After a satisfactory season with Vipers SC (Uganda), Cesar Manzoki has decided to opt for a new national team. According to Africanews, the Congolese striker has chosen to represent Fauves du Niari of the Central African Republic. The 25-year-old native of Bunia has never played an official match for the DRC.
